SEOUL WORLD DJ FESTIVAL

I went to the Seoul World DJ Festival with my good friend Narae. Promised to be a wonderfully exciting day and night of dance music right on the Han River. We had the perfect weather for it and the vibe was good. But for some unkwown reason most of the day Korean pop and Bon Jovi covers were being played on the main stage (much to my frustration). The smaller Jeigermeister stage was a bit more dance-orientated hosting DJ's playing progressive house and some ok trance, but nothing which lived up to the events title. Hitting the tequila at 4pm helped us get throught the day in a fun way, but the combination of crappy daytime music and heavy afternoon boozing inspired me to head back home on the last bus rather than 'rave' all night. So I can only hope the nightime was much better for those that stayed.
